Q: How do I know if I need a wedding or event planner?
A: If you are feeling overwhelmed with all the details of planning your wedding or event, a planner can remove much of that stress and overwhelm so you can enjoy the process of planning your wedding or event - and more importantly, enjoy your wedding day or special event! As our client, you will receive counsel on etiquette (invitations, seating, etc.), feedback and critique on ideas, and an advocate who will help you stick to your budget. If you want to enjoy your wedding day, for it to be stress-free, beautiful and just what you envisioned, you need Always Elegant Weddings & Events as your wedding or event planner.

Q: What services do you provide?
A: See our weddings and events pages for details about our wedding and event planning packages. You can select from several packages depending on the amount and type of planning you would like. From our premium package that includes designing a master plan for your wedding, including budget development, vendor selection and supervision, wedding party coordination, and then overseeing your entire event on the day of your wedding, to a modest package for the bride that's done all the planning and wants a planner to coordinate everything on her wedding day so she (and her mother and maid of honor!) can all relax and enjoy all the wedding day festivities. We will partner with you and be your advocate in planning all the details of your wedding.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: Fees for our packages ranges from $395 - $1,295.00 based how much or how little event planning and event day coordination you desire. See our wedding packages and events pages for package details. A wedding may be the most elaborate event ever held in your honor. Sometimes the costs can be a little overwhelming. Hiring a wedding or event planner means you'll have a budget and you'll have an expert to help you select your services based on your priorities and budget. Q: How many events have you done?
A: Since 1993 we have done hundreds of events. Planning weddings is our specialty. We provide planning for all types of other special events including parties, showers, grand opening events, retreats, conferences, and auctions.

Q: Can you recommend other vendors?
A: Yes: We have relationships with the best florists, bakeries, photographers, videographers, caterers, bands and DJ's in the area. See Professional Vendor Referral Services.

Q: What if I only need you on the day of my wedding or event?
A: If you have done all the planning for your wedding or event we will coordinate your event or wedding rehearsal and your wedding day. See our wedding packages and event packages.

Q: Will you meet with other vendors with me?
